Digital marketing work,
made visible.
I'm Anirudh Chugh, an MSc Digital Marketing student at the University of Galway. This is my personal space for case studies, campaign thinking, experiments, and practical digital marketing insights.
A marketer who thinks like an experimenter.
I came to digital marketing through a simple curiosity about why people search, click, and buy — and stayed for the part where a hypothesis meets real data. Over roughly five years I've worked across SEO, paid media, and analytics for brands in e-commerce, SaaS, legal, and healthcare.
I'm now completing an MSc in Digital Marketing, which has pushed me to think harder about measurement, ethics, and where search is heading as AI reshapes how people find answers. I moved from India to Ireland to study — and I've grown fond of the long walks, the changeable weather, and the kind of quiet that's good for writing things down.
I treat every campaign like a notebook: test an idea, watch what the data does, keep what works. This site is where those notes live.

The person behind the numbers
These are the tools of the trade — but I care less about the acronyms and more about the thinking behind them. Curious by default, sceptical of vanity metrics, and happiest when an experiment teaches me something I didn't expect.

Search beyond the SERP
AEO · GEO · AI searchMy work also focuses on how search is changing. Alongside SEO and paid media, I work with AEO and GEO principles to improve how content is structured, understood, and surfaced across answer engines, AI-powered search, and generative experiences.
AEO — Answer Engine Optimisation
Structuring useful, direct, intent-led content that can be understood and surfaced by answer engines.
GEO — Generative Engine Optimisation
Building clear, authoritative, entity-aware content designed for visibility in generative search experiences.

"Based in Ireland. Always learning, testing, and documenting what works."
Five years in, I still treat every campaign like a notebook — a place to test an idea, watch what the data does, and write down the lesson. This site is where those notes live.
